نوعين من أساليب الإدارة لا تنتج مستقبل مستقر بل وتهدد الاستمرار

الأول: الإدارة بالعناصر الشخصية وهي تتميز بالغموض فى اتخاذ القرارات فلاتوجد خطة واضحة ونجد المرؤوسين يسبحون فى الظلام ولا يعرفون ماالذي يحدث ولماذا يحدث.

الثاني: الإدارة بالأمانى فإذا حاولنا ولم ننجح .فأننا نتمنى ان تنجح محاولتنا الثانية أوالثالثة والأمل يكون فى ان القرارات ستثبت فعاليتها وان النجاح .قريب خاصة إذا كان الحظ فى جانبنا
